We are in diagnostic microbiology since inception of our company. Gradually we build up our strength in instrumentation by installing automated microbiology instrument like Bactec-9050, automated blood culture system, Mini API, automated bacteriology reader Genprobes-leader so for molecular testing, these are few to list. We were first in using DNA probe analysis technique to detect STI like Chlamydia infection and gonorrhea from patients cervical & urine specimens in India.
We utilized this technique for most of the biological base line surveys conducted at various places in India as well as in Nepal. We have been following standard protocol for all such studies (copy is included)
Quality Management:
Quality assurance at our laboratory is our motto and our main theme is “Quality Microbiology services”.
1.
We are life member of Indian association of medical microbiology for external quality assessment scheme(EQAS)
2.
We are life member of prestigious quality organization of India i.e. “National entry for quality management”
3. We have trained staff from “National Accreditation Board for testing & Calibration Laboratories.
4.
We send our 10% of samples to external Laboratories for validation.
